SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
BOREAL REBORN may not be held responsible for longer shipping times and delays once the parcel is under the carrier/postal services responsability.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (France)

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Europe automatically on the e-shop.
If you would be interested in purchasing something and do not find your country in the list, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can arrange something for you!
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
All customs/ import duties are excluded and will need to be paid by the buyer. Exact costs vary depending on country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate customs charges/ import duties.
BOREAL REBORN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

BOREAL REBORN cannot be responible for any loss and damages that would occur with the carrier/ postal service after the parcel has left us and has been handed from us to the carrier/postal service.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@borealreborn.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you and contact the shipping company to track it down for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
