RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the day of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unwashed or transformed in any way and in its original packaging.You'll also need to enclose the order form.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Return needs to be done with a tracking number and at the cost of the buyer.
Original purchase costs will not be refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted prices or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus original shipping costs) on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
